We are a Black women–led collective of strategists, creatives, and educators specializing in educational consulting for K-12 schools, higher education institutions, and nonprofits. Grounded in our three pillars — Liberation, Education, and Strategy — we partner with organizations ready to challenge inequitable systems, disrupt limiting beliefs, and create learning environments where everyone thrives.
Our work isn't just advisory. It's a blueprint for lasting, meaningful change — in the classroom, the culture, and the community.

Some connections are just meant to be.
Ours happened in the wild world of higher education, somewhere between side-eyes, "this could've been an email" meetings, and navigating the politics, policies, and the reality of doing meaningful work in systems that were not always built for us.
Taylor Walker and Liz Shepard. Two Black, fat, brilliant women who found each other — and knew it instantly.
Our first real conversation wasn't about work. It was about life. About what it means to move through the world in bodies like ours — navigating spaces that weren't designed for us, in an industry that loves to talk about inclusion but rarely practices it. That conversation cracked something open. We weren't just colleagues. We were kindred spirits.
What locked us in for good? A shared love for learning, advocacy, and strategic impact — alongside a desire to care deeply, show up big, and shake the damn table when necessary.
We are educated. We are talented. We are funny. And yes, we are opinionated.
So we built something of our own.

Grounded in Liberation, Education, and Strategy, we partner with organizations to disrupt inequitable practices, reimagine how they teach and lead, and create lasting change — in the classroom, the culture, and the community.
Because we know firsthand what it means to have big ideas in rooms that weren't built for you. And we decided to redesign the room entirely.
